De Bohun is a one-form entry school, which means that we welcome 30 children into our Reception class each year. Our admissions are administered by Enfield Borough Local Authority. With the exception of our preschool (for children aged two), you need to apply for a place at De Bohun via Enfield Council.

In Year Admissions
Applications for an in-year place at De Bohun should be made via Enfield Council. You can find out more about applying for an in-year place here.
Appeals
If your child has not been offered a place at your school of choice, you may appeal. You can find out more about the process and make a school admissions appeal via Enfield Council.
Deferring Entry to Reception
Parents and carers can request that the date their child starts school is deferred until later in the academic year or until the term in which the child reaches compulsory school age. Parents / carers may also request that their child takes up the place part time until the child reaches statutory school age.
